Just heard BA ceasing flights to Moscow so it's not just vs cutting routes

For political reasons surely - that route must rake in the cash.

:? :? not saying it's not true but there is nothing yet on the BA flyer talk board about BA pulling out of Moscow which I would have expected by now.

If true it could be linked to the threat made by Russia if further sanctions were imposed then they would consider stopping all EU and US carriers using the Trans-Siberia air corridors to the Far East etc.

Just heard from a reliable BA source that Moscow is not being cancelled but rather it's simply switching from Worldwide Crw to Mixed Fleet.

Would of been strange to go from 3 flights a day to none!
