..Excellent timing. I had flights on hold from yesterday. Called to confirm them today and found myself 33K miles better off

I have just done a double miles boost for EDI next week, but my email receipt is only showing 3000. I was expecting an extra 25%. or only £8 per 1000.
Funny how 25% extra only saves you 20%.
Will have to see when they are actually credited to my account after the flight.

I think the Miles Booster bonus isn't included in the email and will post separately to your account. Ts and Cs state "Bonus Miles will be posted to the Members’ accounts no later than 17 October 2014."

Don't think we'll be travelling far...have blown all our miles on 2 g's so currently have a balance of 333 miles each!!!!

What an efficient and timely use of miles!

Are Virgin Likely to have another "reward flight sale" nearer the end of the year?
We are looking to book flights for next May, but need the miles from this September's holiday to add to our balance, so we won't get them until beginning of Oct.

Annoying, I wanted to book MCO for end of August 2015, the dates we want will not be available yet, this offer expires on 23/9
But maybe we will have to have another trip somewhere else before then to take advantage

Shame... I did a miles boost and miles purchase just last week!
