Hello from the Clubhouse

Once again, safely enscôunced in the Clubhouse (in our usual chairs by the entrance)
Super service as it is very quiet and also the launch day for Haig Club Whiskey (as promoted by David Beckham) as this will soon be available on board

To be fair, we now have nothing planed for the future and we have had a recent miles spend spree
The man pushing the Haig Club is very persuasive on trying their cocktails

I remember the old adverts, 'Don't be vague. Ask for Haig'
I have a couple of half Dimple bottles somewhere in the house.
Shame it doesn't improve in the bottle as they must be from the early 70s.

This "Haig Blue" is being promoted by David Beckham, so I suppose there is a shift from Haig Dimple (something I remember having in the house) of old
The taste is very mellow - one might say creamy - so suspect it has been developed for the modern palate
