Haircut at the CH

Hi all,

Thinking of grabbing a haircut at the CH on Wednesday before I head to HKG. What are people's experiences of the haircuts there? As I don't fancy spending 11 hours with an itchy neck (!) I wondered whether they give you a rinse after your cut and make sure you're not covered in hair?

Thanks in advance!

They are very good indeed.....for quite a while it was my regular salon :D

They do a rinse afterwards for exactly the reason you mention.....if in any doubt always ask when first seated, it won't be an issue.

I have the CH to thank for introducing me to "tonic" a lovely Bumble and Bumble spray that soothes the scalp....really refreshing.

Enjoy

Thanks Jon! Good to know. I was thinking of pairing it up with the head massage which seems to be the only free massage now (great for me as I love them!), although can you have a complimentary service when you have a paid one (haircut) as well? There seems to be a price against each comp service on the price list.

No problem Oli at all with that. The head massage is super relaxing and im a big fan too.

I usually combine the two. The superb spa team will take care of it for you and align both appointments as best they can. Capturing revenue is very important to them, so adding in paid treatments and product promotion are big business to them.... :w

A couple of weeks back I had the head massage again and it set me up perfectly for a long flight to the US. Enjoy. I know you will be aware of this, but book in at the spa as soon as you arrive.

I can whole heartedly recommend a steam and a shower after, ensuring no itchy-ness and the most relaxing way to board a flight in the world, ever.

Thanks all. I've only had the complimentary (now chargeable) Neck and Shoulder massage so looking forward to trying the haircut! It's actually the only time I'm going to have in the next couple of days for a cut so it will hopefully work out perfectly! Now the only question is - massage or haircut first...?!
