V-Flyer

A few months ago I managed to get 2 reward UC flights to NY with PE on the way back. So the daily hunt for return Gs began. On Saturday evening I checked and 1 had appeared. Called VA and upgraded hubby. Told the gentleman that it was my birthday trip and I would check every day for the 2nd one.

Today I had a missed call and listening to the answer phone message it was the same gentleman that had helped me on Saturday and he had noticed a G on my flight home . He had reserved it for me as he remembered it was a special birthday trip. After a quick call back to VA it was booked and all sorted.

I will also be sending this to VA. Does anyone have a good email address so that this employee gets the credit he deserves ??

Wow that really is above and beyond their job to do that as nobody would have been any wiser if he hadn't ,def deserves some recognition imo

Absolutely great. Definitely use the email feedback on the website, I've done so several times. You'll get a response by post which confirms that your appreciation has been passed on.
