Saw this in my daily ARN email, starts 25 October on an A333 plus the VS5/6 continuing as an A346 or B744, with an earlier departure of 10.30 am and return of 5.45 pm (local).

Wonder where the slots are coming for this ... unless the second LAX becomes seasonal for example?

Funnily enough you seem to be spot on, from the 25th of Oct next year there doesn't appear to be a VS23 on the LAX!

Bit odd that the westbound flights are so close together time-wise.

From what I can see by searching both the additional LAX and SFO appear seasonal, despite the above seeming to suggest that the LAX was year round?

Yes, I too thought the return of the second LAX flight was all year. It's annoying for us as it stops right in the middle of our Autumn trip to Palm Springs.

Meanwhile BA are going double daily with the A380 on this route from October.

Flights operate from T3.
