There is a VS26 this morning, right?

My parents and grandad were in there around 7am this morning before the VS 26. Sorry if they spoilt the solitude for you...!

LHR isn't particularly busy either, though the lady who did my hair said it was busy in the morning.

Lol! I reckon I saw them, just before we we were called for boarding. They looked lovely!

Was the flight half empty? Or were there a load of pax that didn't know there was a lounge for them to use

The flight was terrific, with a delightful crew. The JFK CH at that hour is very pleasant and peaceful indeed (apart from all the TV screens in the CH being tuned to CNN, and thus permanent footage of the recently discovered debris from the terrible AirAsia incident, which I would imagine some pax might find distressing just before boarding a flight).

As for the lack of pax in the CH. UC looked to be at about 50% capacity, but when I boarded, I saw quite a few people coming over from the direction of the DL SkyClub, and I met a couple of people at the bar who were also DL pax.

My guess is that word has not really got out to DL pax/elites flying in UC/VS metal that they can use the CH... and long may that continue .
