.... Or hello from the VX Loft at LAX. Yes, someone burnt their toast.

My flight up to jfk has been delayed due to unspecified reasons here, however flightaware tells me it's due to wind conditions.... Wind conditions around an airport, go figure :P

Fingers crossed I'll be on my way soon, hope all have had a good festive period and are ready to tackle 2015 8D

That made me laugh H... the thought of you tracking my flight across the continent :o)

Cheers guys, the flight was a good'un. Crew were awesome and the captain was full of humour despite the bad weather conditions coming into JFK. Only problem was an overly large gentleman sat across the aisle from me that insisted on alienating the poor woman next to him n( He was a bit of a selfish douche, but aside from that no real issues.

Just arrived at the hotel - The London NYC - quelle surprise, my usual haunt and tucking into the welcome gift of choccies and water.. they know just what I need after a flight.

It was a late arrival but as we were not the only flight delayed the baggage took ages to come onto the belts and the queue for taxis ever grew. At one stage I actually wished the police would take a walk around the block so the taxi touts could thin the heard. No such luck though :P

Fortunately the routes into manhattan are pretty empty gone midnight during the week.

Safe travels all 8D
