I bought a small laptop from John Lewis via Shops Away on December 3rd. Still no trace of the miles on my account.
Any idea how long I should have to wait, or where to chase them up?

Hi Dick,

When you log on to shops away home page (eventually after all the clicking ) you can click on the My Shopping button along the top and then transaction history - this shop show your pending miles which should hopefully show your purchase from J Lewis.

It then takes "upto 45 days" for the pending to become approved and then transferred to your flying club miles.

As long as you can see them "pending", it shouldn't take too long

If they're not showing as "Pending" then you need to complete a claim form (link at the bottom of "Your Transaction History". You'll need to provide the date and time of order as well as the order number and value.

I find that if I use Shops Away on my work laptop I frequently have to chase the miles but generally get a response within 24 hours.

Many thanks to you both.
There is nothing shown as pending and I have filled out the claim. I just hope they give me the 4 miles per £ shown at the time and not 2 miles as it is now.

Make sure it is showing on your clicks tab, if it doesnt then you wont get anything for it. That has happened to me before unfortunately. If it is on your clicks but not transactions then you should be able to claim.

Sorry, I don't understand. What clicks tab?
Or it that where it shows which shops I've been into? If so John Lewis is there.

OK I've been back in and found the clicks tab. Yes it's there.

If you have an ad blocker turned on it is best to turn this off when ordering through this or similar sites. If left on it can result in orders not being tracked.

You will be awarded the 4 miles per £ if that is what it was at the time of purchase.

Next to the transaction history tab at the top of the shops away page, there is a tab for click history, which basically shows all sites you have visited whilst on the shops away website.

As you have completed the claim form (which I have done many times) you will find that you will receive a very quick reply.
