Afternoon all, so my first Little Red flight of 2015 will shortly begin...lovely warm welcome (as always) at check in and processed without having to queue ):

Security was a breeze (not my usual experience of MAN T3) and arrived into the Escape lounge to see new uniforms and a new menu.......a new catering company took over by all accounts at the weekend and I am liking what I am seeing....off to a good start.

The bloomer sandwiches (fresh and tasty) are going down a treat....the lounge is very busy but for a bitterly cold day in Manchester everyone is really jolly.

Have a great Tuesday evening everyone.

Hope you had a good flight!

Did you get in through status/PP or Paid access?

Enjoy access due to status. The flight southbound was good with 114 onboard, friendly attentive crew (as always)

Returned this evening on VS3043 with 121 onboard including around 10 CC from MAN who had been at The Base on training for the A330 ahead of the MAN-ATL transfer.

The new menu is nearly the same between 5am-11am with maybe one or two extra items. After 11am improved selection of sandwiches and a larger buffet offer. All looks promising.
