PE Seating advice - LHR 747s

Looking for seating advice around the front rows of PE on the LHR 747s. particularly row 29.
There dont seem to be too many trip reports covering these, and I am interested in pros and cons of these seats - does the peace from the lacking middle section get outweighed by the noise from the galley? How are these seats for a night flight?
Anyone have any pics of this section of the plane?
