Morning from BA Galleries South Club Lounge T5

A very early start for me this morning, potentially too early considering my flight is at 8:20 to SOF however I didn't to risk getting stuck in M1/M25 traffic so I'm here at the Galleries South Club lounge! Pretty empty at the moment but helped myself to some bacon rolls and a coffee. It's definitely no clubhouse but a nice enough place to wait it out. Nothing particularly standing out apart from the vastness of the lounge as a whole and the self service nature of it. Can't find any Champagne or Gin but that is only for competitive research purposes for the v-flyer community :)

When I first read the post I thought it said SFO and was wondering what VS had done wrong to lose your business on that route !
Have a good flight and hope you sniff the champers out soon

Thanks Hiljil!

Blacky, it might help you with your easyJet/BA dilemma! It would be a tough ask to drag me off LHR>SFO the clubhouses at either ends are just gem's compared to the BA Club experience which seals it for me. Maybe one day you'll get over to the West Coast with Mrs Blackys permission :-)

They normally have Gin at the bars although champagne is hidden and you have to ask for it. Enjoy! Hope it doesn't get too busy in there. I've seen queues for the loos in the past!
