Have to say I'm not thrilled so far. :-( wasn't welcomed on board, just waved to UC where no one was waiting and i had to find a crew member to ask them to remove the crew bag and jacket from my seat so i could sit down, late push back, screaming infant in seat next to me and, to top it all, my vera isn't working and they cant fix it.

Thats not a very good start, we got some duty free vouchers and miles when my IFE wasn,t working from the crew on board. I turned it on and it worked didn,t return the vouchers. Negotiate.
