Looking at orlando flights for 7th-21st jan 2016 comming in expensive does anybody know if these will come down as they've only just been relesed.

Chances are yes. I'd wait for a sale.

The main reason is that the return fare class is a B. Second highest economy fare class with only Y being above it. Potentially with it being so far out, they may not have loaded all the rest of the fares into the system.

I would wait and check again soon.

Or it's entirely deliberate. Apparently the industry refers to people who insist on booking as soon as flights are released as worryworts and the airlines know full well many of them will pay over the odds for the peace of mind, hence initial fares can be very high.

If you're flying in the school holidays I can understand why you'd want to book sooner rather than later but chances are economy to MCO will be half empty in January (it certainly was on both my flights this year, and it was down to one flight a day) so I'd wait for a better deal or, like I said, a sale.

Have you considered the Ex-Eu trick?

The first day seats are released only expensive buckets are released. Try checking tomorrow my bet is the will the price will have dropped. If you check for 7th-20th the price is £571.46 in economy.
What class were you hoping to travel?

If I book a flight from Dublin to MCO, it's about £80pp cheaper. The question is do I have to go to Dublin in the first place or can I just skip that part & board at MAN?

There are several threads about 'ex-EU' - just have a look

Yes you have to go to DUB and you can't just skip the first part and join the flight at MAN because if you miss the first sector they will cancel the rest of the flights on the tickets.

Therefore for a saving of £80pp it's not worth it as you'd have to pay for a flight to DUB and a hotel there the night before.
