Obligatory wave from a pre flight hotel...
Yes pjh, it's 8 miles from my house!!! :P

"Thanks" to a few hiccups over the Xmas period and nye we had a great rate on a suite...it's huge!!! Living room, dining area, separate bedroom. Separate dressing room, 2 bathrooms. Oh and 4 balconies...
Bottle of wine waiting for us in the room on arrival.

Off to terry M now for a seven course taster menu with sommelier wine accompaniment :o)

Princess is driving tomorrow and the car has been washed ready for dtci...

Just seen your pics on facebook, lovely room but too much for one night, AND you're going out for dinner instead of having room service, personal butler and, massage and spa service. I wouldn't leave.

But have a great night and a fab trip boys.

Good for you! I had a night in an hotel just about one mile from my home when I was offered a free night after a lot of things had gone wrong on a voucher Aer John had given me for the Spa. OK, it wasn't as luxurious as Celtic Manor but I wasn't going to sneeze at the offer!

Have a good trip!

We like staying at hotels close to home, Celtic Manor is a favourite of ours & only a 30 minute drive away.

You will be passing us (just off jct 18 Bath turn off of M4) so give us a wave as you pass.

Have a great trip to NY.

I look forward to the TR, including your experiences at Celtic Manor; I've always been put off by its size and association with golf, you may persuade me, otherwise.

Hope you have a smooth, trouble-free journey on the M4 and that DTCI is as good as we all know it is. Try not to drain the CH dry, have a great flight and a wondrous time in NYC.

Detailed TRs please and of course onesie photos.

It is with regret that I report, having heard from a source, that VS has run out of booze in the CH and across all flights.

Darren, what are you gonna do? ): ):
