We are travelling UC from Manchester to LHR then to JFK in May. When we originally booked it was on Little Red, this has now been changed to a BA flight to LHR. Can we still use a lounge in Manchester? and how easy is the transfer between terminals in LHR? what is the best way to transfer and get to CH? Thanks for any help First UC flight with VS

BA lounge access at MAN will depend on what fare code your domestic flight's been booked into. AFAIK only J & Y qualify - could be wrong though. But my guess is you won't get access to the BA lounge, and I assume VS's contract with the Escape Lounge will end once the final LR flight leaves so no go there either (although you can pay to enter).
As far as getting from T5-T3 is concerned, as long as your luggage is checked straight through from MAN-JFK, just follow the purple Flight Connections signs which will take you on a bus (airside) to T3 and eventually bring you out in the main departures lounge. Then follow signs to the Clubhouse.

Remember that you pass through security again at Heathrow so make sure that if you buy a bottle of water (etc.) in Manchester that you don't leave it in your hand baggage!
Depending on what time of day you arrive, it can sometimes be quicker to exit T5 and make your way to T3 landside, but if you aren't familiar with the route, just stay airside.
