Is there a way to estimate the fees and surcharges required to upgrade from a PE S fare to G? As an example, the surcharges for a one-way mileage UC rewards is $414 + 40K miles. Is this upgrade surcharge you would be charged for S -> G or does the upgrade account for the surcharges you've already paid in the S fare?

I can tell you exactly for the HKG route.

My S to G LHR to HKG was £51.50
S to G HKG to LHR was £44.40

All in. No other charges. So the S fare already includes many of the charges.
