Still unable to select seat in PE... 3days before

Hi all,

I'm flying back LHR-IAD on VS21 on Weds 25th, and this was all booked a couple of weeks ago. I'm in PE, but when I try and select a seat, all seats are shown grayed out and I can't select any.

I had no problem with the outbound, I called them a week ago before I came over and they said, looks like a low load at present, but should be available soon.

Is this normal? I'm just curious. Last load check showed 9's across the board?

Seems a tad odd if the load is low. I would give them a quick call and make sure everything is okay with your booking / ticket as sometimes they don't get issues properly so that could be the reason.

When I did call last time they said everything looked fine with the ticket, however I will probably call them in the morning. Thanks

So I called again, ticket is all fine as expected. They explained more clearly.

Basically three rows in PE are already taken, they have to leave the first two rows as empty for families, kids, bassinets etc. and they will all open up at checkin. :)

So, we will see what I can get tomorrow.
