Im looking at booking a return LHR to EWR For family of 4 with miles. (Econ and PE tickets)
If I need to cancel the booking it looks from what I've read I would get the miles returned plus the taxes etc.
But would have to pay a £30 admin fee.

Can anyone confirm if this is correct?
(Assuming it's not cancelled within week of flight)

Yes. See 4.2.1 and you can cancel up to 24 hrs before the flight.

I think that the admin fee is per passenger and not per tranaction so you'd have to pay £120.
