Greetings from Delta lounge at Orlando

Sitting in lounge after travelling up from Naples having spent 6 lovely weeks, mostly in the warm sunshine. Waiting for VS74 and not looking forward to weather in Manchester. Still I suppose all good thing must come to an end.
Lounge is pretty quiet today with plenty of available seating. Food on offer seems better than in previous years, maybe the Virgin influence, but still not a clubhouse.
Hope to post TR in a couple of days

You will be pleased to know it's snowing / hailing / windy and it's also thunder and lightning here at work in Accrington at the minute!!!

Have a great flight home. Hope you are not delayed for too long.

Well the howling wind in Kent has woken me so have made a hot chocolate . Sorry to hear you are delayed. I can remember when there were just 8 of us left in the Delta Lounge at MCO due to a long delay and all the airport was shutting down. Very eerie.

Hope you take off soon and the flight isn't turbulent !

Flight eventually cancelled reason given that unable to open 1 cargo door due to a load shift on way out. Inbound baggage stuck on board.

Now staying at Hyatt overnight then UC passengers given choice of downgrade for todays vs76 or home via Atlanta on new VS 110. Chosen latter so will now get to re-acqaint ourselves with ATL and try A330. So trip report will be delayed as well and a little different.
