The VS IT gerbil is on crack this holiday weekend

One reward booking made today, but two identical lots of mileage taken out of my FC account.
Very easily rectified on the phone, but I think VS needs to put their IT gerbil into rehab and hire a new one.

The BA website did the opposite for me. I booked a reward domestic flight about 4 weeks ago and as yet, they have still not debited the miles from my BAEC account
