V-Flyer

Obligatory good morning from the LHR CH.
Very busy this morning, busiest I have seen in a while, will take that as good news and not all the Delta interlopers..Never seen such a queue for treatments
Staff still managing to keep on top as my aging posterior had only just touched the leather when I was greeted.
The WiFi seems to be having small issues of old today, will put that down to the number of people using it.
I see the new eyesore outside is coming along, does rather spoil my view tho!!!

Agreed, CH is very busy this morning. Lovely ladies on reception as great as ever, seeing their smiling faces while walking up the stairs is always a good start to the morning! Have to agree with the Wi-Fi it seems to be having an off day.

sounds really busy! we were really fortunate in January that our first experience of the LHR CH was on the day lots of East Coast USA flights had been cancelled due to the heavy dump of snow they had over there. I think there were about 20 other passengers about for 4 of the 5 hrs we had in there. it got a bit busier during the last hour as flights came in late and overnight flyers arrived.

Staff were fussing around us and we managed to sit in every area. Really looking forward to our return visit in Jan.16.

Flight and service was very uneventful which I always look at as a good thing!!

Busy busy indeed.

Queue at Upper check-in this morning, of about 15 minutes.

Queue at private security of about 30 pax - a VS staff came and pulled the last dozen or so of us out of the queue and round to the little fast-track section to the right of the main security, which was efficient once there.

Clubhouse not too bad, bustling rather than busy I guess.
