Been grumpy and moaning lately about the on-board service in UC/PE

Just wanted to say a big thanks to the staff at the FC. Just completed a complex multi-flight itinerary, with upgrades, reward seats, companion seats, different seat class purchases etc. Could not have been more patient or helpful. And found every way to make it best value.

Indeed, they are very helpful, polite and friendly and offer the kind of customer service we should be given everywhere, but, regretably, so rarely are.
