Morning all, happy Spring Bank Holiday - I hope you are all sufficiently relaxed and not planning on doing anything too productive. ): That is what bank holidays are for right?

Wife and I are flying together on the same booking - can I check in using the iOS app and can she check in online? Or is it one or the other for both of us as we are on the same booking? I would love to use Passbook, but she does not get on at all well with technology :P

We usually check in online on the PC then you can send the Passbook boarding pass to each phone seperately. So no need to send it to her phone if she isn't going to use it - you can just print one off for her as usual.

Oh that is great, thanks nkp85uk. For some reason I thought you could only add to passbook when checking in from the iOS app. Thanks again for the tip, much appreciated :)

Nope - after checking in online the system gives you some options of what to do with your boarding pass, from memory you can choose 'Print it', 'email it', 'fax it' or 'send to passbook'

Yep - did this on Saturday - as others have said you can check-in on the computer and choose to send a boarding pass to your phone. I think the wording is "Email mobile boarding pass", and then there's a link at the bottom of the email to get your Passbook pass for iOS.

Also might be worth pointing out that you can choose multiple options - i.e. you could send the mobile boarding pass, and then elect to print a copy too. And that if you check-in multiple people at once you get the option for each passenger as to how you'd like the boarding pass.
