Booked vs3 when we arrive at jfk I have 1hr 40mins to transfer is this enough time ? Then on the return leg I will have about 4hrs in jfk ch before vs4 is thre much to do at jfk club house?[color=#FF0040]

Could I suggest you look at the JFK pages on the VS website first.

The CH in JFK is really good , it's not comparable to LHR but not many are , you won't want for anything food or drink wise and there is a spa to also keep you busy

A 1 hour 40 connection at JFK is doable but tight - remember you have to clear US immigration (which can take 5 mins or 50 depending on what's arrived before you), reclaim your luggage, clear customs (which can involve another queue unlike in the UK), recheck your luggage, go through security (another queue) and get to your gate. You should be fine if the VS3's on time but any delay and it'll be tight.

Make sure you use JFK's Quick Connect. Are you flying south with Delta or JetBlue?
I had a similar connection time, had to switch terminals and still made it. Full story:
