I know they don't have proper fridges but they use dry ice or gel packs. Not sure they can mix passengers own items with the prepared food either
What sort of place sells caviar without proper packaging?

ha ha ha
have to say i am sort of guilty of this
Royal Brunei in business class, brought my own booze on board as its a dry airline and i asked if they could chill my champagne, which they did without question

I didn't think dry airlines would allow you to drink onboard, but I suppose there's a big difference from providing it, to allowing it (like a bunch of balti houses).

Don`t think all dry airlines have the same policy
Certainly Royal Brunei allowed their staff to serve drinks brought on board by passengers but there was no alcohol on board to buy
Got some dirty looks initially from other passengers as they didn`t know it was a dry flight and once we stopped in Dubai everyone loaded up on duty free and brought it on for the rest of the flight

A confession.
I have asked exactly this question re a large tin of Beluga caviar.
And yes, Cyprus Turkish Airlines kept it chilled for me.

Well, the answer from the VS crew was a polite but firm, "no!"

And what did the girls make of it?
Mind they've hardly seen a crisp in weeks either.

I've asked the same question ... for my Pepsi Max. Always had yes as an answer.
