I don't know for certain I looked up on google it says open 24 hrs hope so as I arrive 4 hrs early for my connecting flight back home so I can have at least 3hrs there before returning to lhr

There was a thread about this very recently. About 2.30 apparently for the evening flights.

We did that first which is why I'm asking - we flew out of JFK in January and got asked to leave at 10pm so thinking not 24 hours but it was the night that the big storm was due to hit that could of changed things.

We are looking at the VS026 which departs at 08.15am

If it doesn't open until 2.30-9pm, what happens to the UC passengers on the VS026 ??

Mine is vs4 depart 1830 after arriving at 1430 from Mco

@sunseeker - you'll be fine then.

@serenawell - you'll be fine too, it's open for the VS26. Don't know for sure but I think check in opens around 5am so the CH will open shortly thereafter. No booze on Sunday mornings though due to local licensing laws.

It's open 4.15am to 7.45am and 2.30pm to 9pm

Wow. Bet it's not very busy for the first hour ...

Phew - we are leaving on a Wednesday !! A CH and no booze - unthinkable !! We will be there waiting for the doors to open at 4.15am

Seriously? Have an extra hour in bed - the JFK Clubhouse is nice but sleep is nicer!

Wasn't planning on sleeping We can nap on the way home

We have something going on in Philadelphia on the Tuesday night that wont finish till late. Drive up to NYC will take 2 and a bit hours which will get us to JFK at approx. 3am. Drop the hire car off and then off to check in. Perfect timing for us.
