Did you fly up on delta I am doing a trip in August lhr- joke-Mco then return same route 2weeks later so I will have about 4hrs at jfk ch

Yes, flew up on dl787. Really easy and actually was offered to check my bags straight through to Heathrow from Orlando

The tie up with Delta works really well for flights down into MCO. If you fly delta 1st class you get 3 bags included in the fare so works in really well with an upper fare plus 3 tier points each way all for around $500 dollars.

There are numerous connections available and the fact they are getting really switched on by offering to check your bags straight back to the UK Is a bonus

Already planning a 3 week trip in September but if I get my way, I might be able to squeeze in a long weekend before that
