BA have had 'future lab' for a while. I think it is to replicate that. I have just signed up to plane talk following that e-mail as well.

AFAIK VS use Plane Talk for detailed customer feedback surveys, on an invitation only basis.

Not had that invitation to Plane Talk myself (plummeted from Gold to Silver so possibly I'm off the radar!).

Recently had one to join a Hertz corporate forum that's a bit of a sprawling mess so far and so not really inspired to add any comments to it.

No harm in corporates doing this but I doubt it will cause any mass exodus from V-Flyer .... well I hope not as there are a lot of interesting, informative and entertaining posts / posters on V-Flyer.

I rather think they had it a few years ago but it didn't last very long :?

Sure I read somewhere that this is also replacing the on-board X-Plane surveys.

i know it's early days but it felt 'empty'

unless there's some actual benefit to logging in i can't see it being somewhere i'd go to, i wonder what it will provide that the VS website plus flyingclub area do not cover?

Was part of an Avios online forum.
Just constant questions,
What would you make of this change
Would this change influence your decision on this
What do you like about Avios
What don't you like
What was your last experience of spending Avios like
Etc etc...

All sorts of questions, they have closed it now though. They did give away lots of vouchers for participating though.

Sounds like this is quite similar (hasn't it been around a while? Or was there and old one?)

Update 19:00
Just registered, looks similar, looks about 4 days old.

Has anyone been been doing the surveys since they launched?
I've been doing them when they pop up.
Thursday however, I was asked to do a "vox pop selfie" about VS and why I choose to fly with them. Apparently I'm only one of 20 ppl asked and it's to be used to promote planetalk to the crew.
Did anyone else get this email/request?

I joined but lost interest.

No miles, no surveys :)
