Yep I'm in the LHR CH, it is very busy, the staff are rushed off their feet and service is seriously suffering.

Another annoyance is with the DTCI security channel which was ludicrously back logged when I arrived so I left, used normal security and got through faster

Not the smoothest start to my day but let's wait and see how I feel after breakfast, a glass of whiskey and a haircut.

Great to see first world problems with first world solutions!

Same for me when I was there last week, service very slow, staff running about to keep up ... it'll be good when DL moves back to T4.

As an aside I was on the VS115 to ATL last week and lots of American's flying their first VS flight. Seems to me that the joint venture might be working.
