Good morning v-flyers,

DTCI very smooth using Uber Exec, ground crew very welcoming and through security in a flash, quick stop off at Boots for some bits and am now ensconced in't Clubhouse.

Buck's Fizz in hand (husband on tea!) and breakfast just arrived.

It's busy but not overly so and there seem to be a few spots available, couple of Delta flights just been called.

San Francisco here we come...

Happy day everyone :)

Edit: and I'm flying on Cosmic Girl y)

No treatments today I've decided, and don't think a shoeshine for trainers is quite the same.

Looking forward to SFO, but not sure he is. But I'm determined to enjoy myself so he can be as humbug as he wants, he's not killing my buzz ): there's a hot little waiter who's like a little hobbit :w :w

No hairy toes...

Am having a good time, but that monstrosity blocking the view isn't nice.
I'm very excited to be flying on a 747, I really don't recall having flown on one before, and I'm right in the pointy bit too yayyyy (infantile I know but I'm excited).

You already know what his toes look like? Fast work Bretty :P

I know what you mean about the monstrosity, it does spoil things somewhat.

Have a great time in the CH and safe flight 8D

Have a great time! At the ex-DUB price for SFO flights it's almost rude not to go!

If you want a recommendation for a good restaurant close to Fisherman's Wharf then I really like Scomas http://www.scomas.com/

The Lazy Man’s Cioppino is my absolute fave and I only ever eat that there. We don't like change ! :)

Enjoy everything that the CH has to offer, I am sure that you will have a great trip on the 747 (looking forward to your tr already!).
All these "waves " from the Clubhouse make me very envious. :(!

Ok so am onboard, I see what everybody says about the pointy end of a 747, it's very cosy and really lovely.

Oh bother, do I have to drink this champagne? Oh well, if I must. :w

So long, farewell, auf wiedersehen, goodbye.

Oh I am sure he will get in the spirit of it once you arrive. Who could not love San Francisco?

"If you're going to San Francisco
Be sure to wear some flowers in your hair
If you're going to San Francisco
You're gonna meet some gentle people there"

As for The Hobbit!! I much prefer Elves ;)

Ah SFO.....it's one of my favourite places in the world.
Take your other half to the Waterbar restaurant, stunning views of bay bridge.
Also highly recommend Dylans tours if you have a spare day and want an easy way to see the sites.
Enjoy.. am well jel :)
