Quick question about our upcoming MAN-LAS flights. We are travelling in UC, a couple of friends are in PE, will we be able to take them into the lounge as guests or is that just something we could do at a CH?

Yes, each UC or Flying Club Gold passenger can guest someone in to the Escape Lounge. That perk isn't just restricted to VS operated Clubhouses.
