V-Flyer

Just had a wonderful shower and now tucking into some brunch. Got 6hrs to kill before my BA flight to DUB!

I had a bit of a 'doh moment as I was stood waiting for my bags at the carousel for a few minutes and then suddenly remembered they had actually been checked all the way to DUB!!

The VS20 landed a few minutes early, another super VS flight even though a bit of G-VFAB did decide to almost fall off during our climb out of SFO, something electrical in the cabin ceiling at the back of the A zone above where the IFBT staton used to be fell down and was just hanging by an electrical cable. The FSM and one of the flight deck crew managed to put it back and tape it up though

Immigration & the e-gates were deserted.

So a "Blue Peter" repair of sticky back plastic then - hope thety soret things out before the next flight

Just manually added the VS miles/TP's for this flight (love how you can do that with VS more or less as soon as your flight lands) which renews my VS FC AG status for another 12 months and pushes be back over the 100K miles mark again

No chance of me reaching VS AU again though but hey who cares with these cheap ex-EU Z fares!!!
