Paid Access to SFO Clubhouse

We are flying t/f the US next month. Flying out LGW-LAS and back SFO-LHR. I am au so will be able to access the lounge even though flying Economy. I can guest my wife in as well. When we flew through LHR last year I paid for access for the children @ £30 per head which I believe you can do in LGW for £25 per head.

Does anyone know if I can do the same in SFO on the way back?

It is only UK clubhouses that allow paid for access.
Saying that, it is definitely worth asking at the lounge if there is anything they can do to help but I think you should prepare for it being a no, with it being a bonus if it allowed.
The SFO CH is only a fairly small lounge and does get busy so it is not easy for them to allow extras without it potentially causing issues for other pax.
