Hope nobody has a tight connection ex-Dub this morning.

A one off, but potential delays should be factored in when looking at the ex-Dub deals

It would certainly be an interesting scenario, given there is no requirement of the next airline to put you on a flight if you miss yours.

I'm flying ex-DUB on November 1st, leaving 7am to catch VS43 from LGW. Travelling to DUB from EMA on 31st October I had two choices, Aer Lingus around midday or Ryanair around 9pm.

I opted for the earlier flight, potentially giving me a fall back option in case of any problems.

You would be OK on the 2nd part of the trip ie DUB - LON because that's technically the 1st part of your ticket.

The issue would be getting to Dublin 1st - Like you, I travelled to Dublin the day before and stayed overnight - that way there was at least another couple of options that would get me to Dublin before my flight to London.

Its always on the trips with tight connections that thing go wrong ;-)

enjoy your trip when it comes (and of course the savings !)
