Reward seat sale?

does anyone know when the next reward seat sale will be

I've just booked flights for next Aug using Miles plus Money to BGI & they're currently on offer, so depending on when & where you're going, it might be worth checking the system. Nothing seems to have been advertised!

I think the question is not when reward seats go on sale but when there is a sale as in needing reduced miles to buy them.

Normally there's one in January, I think. It appears to go like January, May and September in the last few years but nobody knows exactly when it will be...

And good money is on a couple of hours after BA launch any reward seat / normal seat sale too :D .

I got an email from Avios yesterday advertising a sale now. I didn't read it properly as I don't have enough points to do much but I seem to recall 40% off some routes.

I've seen no correlation between VS's and BA's reward seat sales.

BA's reward seat sales were the economy ones, which like VS, have never been particularly good value even at a reduced points cost, due to taxes/whatever being most fof the fare. VS's reward seat sales of economy usually were a stepping stone into the credit card PE upgrade voucher. BA doesn't have those...
