V-Flyer

I have seen a couple of posts mentioning this, but searching the Flying Club site I can see it in terms and conditions 2.15 but cant see anywhere how you actually authorise someone else to use your miles.
How do I go about it?

I would imagine giving the FC helpline a call and adding their name to your account as an authorised user.

We did it this week , just call them up. We authorised each other when we were both there, just passed the phone back and forth to answer all their security questions.
