In seat power on LHR 747 and earplug query

It's a long time since I flew on a LHR 747 so wondered what the power situation was currently ? Secondly do earplugs still feature in amenity kits ?

Power will be EmPower sockets
Never used the ear plugs, but the amenity kits have changed a couple of times since the above article, generally the same though.

My pull along weighs nearly as much lol so hopefully I've redeemed myself
