V-Flyer

Evening everyone,
I am having some problems paying for a flight.

I can select the flights, enter passenger information but I encounter the problem when I try to move onto the next option of entering the payment details. I have tried this via Safari and by Firefox but still get the same message.

Has anyone else had any problems tonight?

It feels like VS doesn't want to take my money

I've had various issues over the past couple years - from not being able to pay, to not being able to check-in.

Just call them up

I now know what the problem is, the majority of fares that claim to be available for LHR-MCO either direct or indirect are not available. The site allows you to place the flights in the basket, enter passengers details but then will fail to ask you your credit card number as the fare for the chosen flight doesn't exist. How this is so difficult for VS to get it right?! Easyjet has a better booking system than VS - what an embarrassment!

It's probably all going to change in a few months once VS migrate to DL's reservation system (first half of 2016 I think I remember reading somewhere). Be interesting to see if existing bookings get migrated across in one piece!!
