Apologies. This building is blocking the view of our brand new planes.

Except that it's all in CAPS.

I know someone in advertising at AA, and they didn't even realise that it would be visible from the VS Clubhouse! They were just thinking about their lounge downstairs...

Ha! Brilliant, in that case. It seems totally aimed at CH pax!
