Hi Bazz,
SRB's letter makes me wonder when the additional improvements will be installed across the fleet. In thy crystal ball or in a thread here, hast thou seen the future?

Are his figures a little out when he talks about 11 aircraft having UCS.
346s - I figure GOA in August made 5 (with 1 more in both Sept and Oct)
744s - XLG in Sept made 8 744s - I assume he means LHR when talking about the last 744
That makes 13 in total as at 14/9 (when XLG came back) and 14 by beginning of October when MEG had rejoined the fleet.

Hi Buffy, the letter is dated Otober 2004 however we don't know when it was composed. I agree the figures don't seem correct and I also assume when he refers to the 747-400's that he is talking solely about the LHR fleet.

Looks identical to the letter we got last month (apart from the date)

Chris, that may be why it appears to be lagging behind reality.
