Just to sing the praises of the Upper Class booking team who helped me upgrade my outbound PE flight (booked with points).
I've been checking daily to see if any UC points flights came available, and this morning they did. Called the booking line, who passed me onto the UC booking team. 10 minutes, and a £25 seat change fee (along with the 12500) points later all sorted.
So now if anybody is on VS045 on 11th March - ping me if you're after lounge access
