Apologies to hijack the thread - as stated earlier I aimed to get Seq 1 for VS045 tomorrow ...... and failed miserably at the first hurdle ....
Come the magical time/email arrived saying check-in (had it already ready to go on laptop)

Hit enter - it sat and thought about it and then the dreaded ....
Sorry, check in for this flight is unavailable. Please check in at the airport.So feeling

- as Flightaware shows a A333 when Seatplan was always showing 747 - now in a flap thinking going to get bounced onto a later flight (747 = 44 UC seats vs. 333 33 UC Seats)
So called the Virgin Booking centre, UC - and spoke with a very calming/lovely lady
2 minutes to diagnose issue ( Flying Club new I was UC, Booking centre had me as UC - however the booking system didn't - so went erm !! - go bother somebody at airport !! )
Issue likely stemmed from fact I upgraded from PE to UC - and updated e-ticket was not generated.
So panic over - just need new e-ticket issuing - which lady said will come though o my email - I can then proceed with on-line check-in .
