If you spend $25k in a year on the US VS Black MasterCard, you receive 15k bonus miles on your card anniversary (7.5k miles for a $15k spend).

I received a postcard informing me of my bonus last month (29 March), about a week after my card anniversary. But so far the bonus miles haven't posted.

My question is: who to contact to get this sorted, and how? After an initial attempt, VS says phone Bank of America, and BoA says phone VS.

BoA - as they are the card issuer.
Anything in the the T&C to say how long it can take to apply to your account?

T&C say: Earned Anniversary Flying Club miles will be posted to your Flying Club account each year within four to six weeks of the anniversary of your card's open date.

I'll wait another week or so, and I'll give BoA another go. But I have a feeling this happened last year, and I got nowhere in the end!

I've never seen this - If you spend at least $25,000 in Net Purchases using your card within a year [...] the primary cardholder will also qualify for an Economy companion reward ticket for half the standard miles of a reward economy seat - show up in my Flying Club account either!
