I am looking at 4 x Upper Class to MCO, i have noticed that booking the flight on Delta's website and its a VS operated flight is nearly £200 cheaper pp than booking on Virgins website!!

If i book on Delta.com do i still earn the same tier points and miles?
Anything else to take into consideration?

Yes you do, just as you would if you booked via Expedia, eBookers etc. Go for it!
