Help settle my worries

Morning all. As title suggests I'm after a bit of reassurance.
I was given the job of booking a family holiday to Orlando for a special birthday next year (never again)
After lots of ringing round more companies than I can remember I have booked through Travelplanners. They seem to have really good feedback through Feefo and on other forums like TheDibb. I'm booked onto VS27 to MCO and VS16 back to Gatwick. This is where the nerves cook in.
To get the price down the 27 has been booked on a Delta codeshare with the return booked on the Virgin number. I have had all confirmation come through from Travelplanners flights say confirmed etc and I can log into the booking perfetly to select seats, meal requirements and enter passenger/flying club details as normal. What concerns me is the VS app. Again all upcoming flights are showing but when I select the flight to MCO it says "300 days to destination" and for want of a better word the screen looks a bit boring. For some New York flights I have coming up and the MCO return it states the destination and has a picture in the background also lists terminal information (although it still says I will be landing at the south terminal) for the flight to MCO it doesnt have terminal information under the flights no picture of destination in background and also as I said only says "x days to destination" not "x days to Orlando" I'm assuming that maybe booking on the Delta flight could be the cause for this?
Like I said I can log in to the booking and do everything as normal I shouldn't be stressing. I have triple checked and flight times are as should be and even double checked all against the Delta codeshare to make sure it all matches up. Sorry for rambling and if this doesn't make much sense just after some experienced advice as would hate to get to LGW and find there is a problem
