I've had:
"How did we do" a post-flight survey from Nunwood
"Tell us all about it" a more in-depth web based survey from Nunwood
"Virgin Atlantic Customer Journey workshop" a visit to Crawley Towers to talk to Nunwood
and a pile of emails from Plane Talk which is run by Verve Partners
Seems strange Virgin would use a third research company. Is it asking anything interesting?

The email says it's essentially a two hour interview, part of which at least is in a mock-up of UC in Crawley. They're offering a chauffeured car there and back, plus £125 for doing it. I don't know....tend to be suspicious...

I didn't (sob!) but the last time I volunteered for a Verve Plane Talk activity I got a £30 John Lewis gift card as a reward.

Why not just ring Virgin and ask?

My customer experience workshop was £80 plus expenses, it was a lot of fun and the food was great.
Lovely people at Crawley Towers too!

Morning, also received one of these emails yesterday so will probably attend. Haven't looked at anything Virgin related (including this site) for a good few months now as some of my recent experiences have been a little inconsistent and building up the points on the dark side!
One of my recent flights on Virgin was a trial flight where they were experimenting with less crew and the giving upper pax a choice of when to eat (14th October 2015 LGW to LAS). Crew looked a bit frazzled at the end of that flight despite having the help of a few VS/Delta suits

Have to admit I've also booked a couple of flights with the dark side. Mainly because the prices have been good......

I got a follow-up call this morning and both me and the wife are signed up. I was advised that there will be an NDA to sign regarding the content. She couldn't tell me much about the event, but it should be interesting
We are looking forward to it.

Now everyone knows why previous events haven't been reported on here.
Hope you haven't breached the NDA by talking about it.

I would love to participate. What routes was everyone flying that did/didn't result in an invite?

Update on this email. Did respond to say I was interested approx 1 week ago. Received no reply whatsoever! Could be a scam, who knows! Actually I think it is rude to go out to your customers and ask them for their time to give feedback on the product and then to ignore them. Anyway lets get back to those triple sevens.
