Quick question. Not sure if it is a website 'glitch' or not but just checked in for tomorrow's flight and noticed my fare class has changed from K to W. Anyone had this before?

Would this be the class code printed on the boarding pass?

If so, then this is an automatic change that just denotes the generic cabin class.. all UC fares go to J, PE fares go to W and EC goes to Y. Your booked fare class conditions will still apply.
