Virgin I was allocated seats, can you advise if they are ok , it will be myself, DH and DD age 9. Always flew the PE, so this is first time UC!!! We have been allocated 10a, 11a,12a on VS027, return is on VS076 seats 6K,7K,8K. Any advice would be appreciated. And can you change allocated seats? Many thanks. :D

Congratulations on booking your first UC!

If you go to Manage My Booking on the Virgin website and enter your booking reference (6 characters eg 4ZTR1L) you should be able to see the seat map and change your seat allocations there.

Upper Class on the 747s is a lovely small cabin in the nose of the plane with only 14 seats and lots of space.

For a family of three I would recommend three seats next to each other, which you've been given, but I'd try and avoid row 6 (the very front row) as due to the curvature of the fuselage you're virtually touching toes with the passenger opposite. And I'd try and avoid rows 11 & 12 as they're right next to the bar at the back.

So 7/8/9A, 8/9/10A, 7/8/9K or 8/9/10K would be my personal preference.

Sorry meant gumshoe, just checked seating and looks like only seats available are 12a, 12k,6a, so would not suit as not togather. looks like we will have to keep seats that have been allocated.thanks for reply.
