Honey.... I'm home

A very good morning from the LHR clubhouse. A bit of a last minute trip.. Literally. But thanks to some creative mileage routing I'm heading out to meet some friends in LAS for my birthday after a brief stopover in NYC.

UC out, DL F for the internal flights and then Y back (how long do we think that will last?)

Keep an eye out for some TRs. All good things so far.

Security was nothing special although they stole my deodorant again.

Waltzed past the whiskey shelves only picking up one bottle of dalmore single malt, quick stop off at boots and before long I was in sight of the hallowed staircase. However, in no mood to walk or use my legs in any fashion to make it to the second floor I had a seat in the lift.

Now here I sit, enjoying breakfast. Have a great Friday all.

Have a great time. I was going to admonish you for visiting Duty Free before the Clubhouse, but I guess the dynamics are different when travelling solo - no one to save your seat in the Clubhouse!

Thanks for the all of the best wishes guys and dolls. I had an awesome birthday in Vegas, and so far all of my flights with VS and DL have been fantastic. TRs definitely in the works given how annoying reward seats to Vegas and the west coast are to find at the moment. Routing through JFK is not the headache option it used to be.
